Return and refund policy

Return window and eligibility

Returns are permitted within 30 days of delivery. Standard returns are accepted only when products are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Opened or used ink and toner cartridges are not returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or Prime Pages shipped the incorrect product.

How to return an item

Returns are made by mail. Please contact support@primepages.store before sending an item so eligibility can be confirmed.

Return costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for normal returns. Prime Pages covers return shipping when an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong product was shipped. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for normal returns.

Refunds and replacements

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. For verified defective, damaged or incorrect orders, Prime Pages may provide a replacement or refund.
